[FIXED] [Titles] RBG PvP Titles from honorable kills

Bug description: PvP titles are enabled on the server and it is awesome. Just like on vanilla, getting X kills nets you Y PvP title. No issues here. The only problem I wish to convey is that all the preceding titles disappear. Meaning if i get 250 kills, I become Corporal. However the Private title disappears.

This is most annoying when my favorite title is Knight, and when i reach a higher rank that title disappears. Shouldn't all titles remain acquired even if you get a higher rank? (I.E. Grand Marshal should have all other titles up until that rank as well).

Can someone check info @how it is on retail? Should the previous titles get removed or not?

On blizz these titles like knight and marshal are directly tied to the rated battleground rating achievements. You reach a certain rating, you get the achievement, the achievement awards you the title and since the achievement never gets reset, you always keep the title, even if your rating goes below. That also means previous titles don't get removed.
