This is a repost. My post got rejected for the reason that the relic gives you quote "3% heal" while in the pics you can CLEARLY see that it is the Retribution spec (the damage spec not healer)
and it says Increase Avenging Wrath by 10 seconds with the crusade seconds you have 30 + 10 =40 but i have 30 so it doesn't work. Next time we should check the pics as well am i right @Flamestalker?
