Bug description: 1. Should have chance to crit ( Proof: But its very inconsistant in proccs and if you have it haste becomes a more valueble stat becuse of fury generasation and set2 crit chance on chaos strike once nighthold is open will make it so you do around 1 mil chaos strikes when inner demons procc crit ofc. - http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/2080250-Inner-Demons-first-or-Contained-Fury ) Also Sim Craft show me he should have a chance to crit !

2. Should proc from annihilation too ( spell who replace chaos strike in meta )

3. Proc Rate Formula:

Ask Mr Robot Formula:
Real PPM = 0.85 * (1 + TotalHaste)

Current on freakz = 0.85 + HasteBase RPPM

Proof:

Current on freakz = 0.85 + HasteBase RPPM

HasteBase RPPM means 0.85 * (1 + totalHaste)...

But you're right it doesn't proc from Annihilation.

Regarding the crit chance, I am not sure, will check it
