[DUPLICATE] [Hunter][ClassHall] Unseen path Order Advancement

Bug description: The work order for one of the 3 Seal of Broken Fate is not available even after i learned the order hall advancement

After you finish the research you should have the quest available at Tu'Las the Gifted, if you haven't got all the seals from dalaran quest : http://www.wowhead.com/quest=44212/unseen-fate

As you can see in the prints i have all advancements completed with Unseen Fate chosen, i still have 1 seal to get from Dalaran but the npc is not reacting when i try to speak with him.
