Bug description: There is 3 sec delay, i should be able to dodge it, but when its cast on me and i go out of circle still hits me!! so it dosent matter if i go out of it in that 3 sec or not. if i was there when it was cast, will hit me after 3 sec even if i be there or not! We tested it over many duels, there is no way to dodge it.

Hello,

I don't really think that this problem is related to any delay. From how it sounds, it is related to the server not being able to receive the last position of the player in time. You are right, you shouldn't receive any damage if you leave the circle before the Meteor arrives.

Radius was 2 yards bigger (actual radius compared to visual).
