Bug description: The buff you gain from the item can bug out. Streten's Insanity can bug out when affli lock has this trait researched https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199257 (wowhead link), sometimes when the unstable affliction is reapplied via the artifact trait, the 'Streten's Insanity' buff doesn't disappear and persist.
Proof: Out of combat, I got no unstable affliction on any targets:

Confirmed @Quicksand please have a look, if unstable affliction gets refreshed from Fatal Echoes(Artifact Trait) you remain with stacks of dmg increase
