[REJECTED] Not getting The Insane title after completing all requirements for achievement

Bug description: As you can see from the link, for "The Insane" is required exalted rep with: Everlook, Booty Bay, Ravenholdt, Darkmoon Faire, Gadgetzan, Ratchet, and reach honored with Bloodsail Buccaneers at one point.

First picture shows exalted with, Booty Bay, Overlook, Gadgetzan, Ratchet.
Second picture shows exalted with Darkmoon Faire and hated with Bloodsail Buccanners -- but as stated on https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/12082198106 -- You don't have to be honored all the time with Bloodsail Buccanners, just reach it at one point, and as you can see i've done Bloodsail quest chain and got title "Bloodsail, Admiral" and items.

I've already made topic like this couple months ago and no one replied, can you please help me.
I'm playing on legion server, and since you've recently allowed to transfer mounts/pets/achievements , if you could fix this for me so that i could transfer. Thanks in advance.

It is a bugged achievement. Only 1 person on the server can give it to you, if everything checks out, and that person is too busy at the moment to solve your problem. You will have to be patient.

Sorry for hijacking the topic but I was just about to post that I had a very similar problem except I already have the title, just not the achievement. After retracing my steps, I realized the achievement is not actually account-wide (a.k.a. blue), only the title is. Since I have no equivalent of the worgen druid on the Legion realm and there's no way I'm going to go through the 20+ hours of leveling required to make the characters eligible (on both Genesis and Felsong), especially since I already have a tauren druid, it looks like that title will be forever lost to me on Legion.

Point is, sorry for terrorizing the dude who answered my tickets, turns out I was retarded all along!
