Bug description: When you go down the hall of guardian, an emote can happen daily, that indicates that if you take a portal, you will be phased to Frostfire ridge, where you can claim the artifact. It happened today, and I clicked a portal, and nothing happened.

If that message pops up you need to go where the portals are and click on the one named Portal to Frostfire Ridge.
