[DUPLICATE] [Warrior][Wrathfull PvP set] nowhere to be found

All vendors from dalaran and Gadgetzan ar unavailable.So where can I get the wrathfull set.I saw only one player with that set wich means it rare lol.Where's the issue here,should I donate for the set or some'?

Currently you can get the wrathful and other sets only via wow/vote shop.

The NPCs are bugged, they will be fixed soon.
