[REJECTED] suramar quest line - cant start it!

Proof: i made all the other zone quest chains and finished them ... but i cant seem to start the suramar one ...kadgar has no quest for me ...the class hall scounting quest tab is no longer there ...just desapeared ... idk what to do pls help!
