Bug description: Potion of the Old War has no procs on either single target spells, or aoe spells
Proof: Use a potion on dummies and from time to time it should proc, it does scale with versatility but i don't know the proc chance for it

These potions are questionable right now, I've used 3 potions in 1 run and it only made 1 hit for 73k but on the otherhand I've used a potion on a dummy to test and that 1 potion did 1.5M damage.

I don't know how you made it work, cause i've used it with Fan of Knives on rogue and it never proc-d.

I don't know either cause like I said I had used 3 in a m+ run and almost nothing, but 1 time just stood in the class hall doing my opener and it did a ton more damage than it should.

The potion is not working for its full duration only for the first hit you do, it must work for 25 seconds and must mimic your attacks and abilities.
