Bug description: The NPC https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=112992&&name=seer-aleis is missing after completing the http://www.wowhead.com/order-advancement=420/focused-war-effort Upgrade for the Demon Hunter Class Order Hall to give the quest to place a work order for one of the 3 Seals of broken Fate.
