Details: (optional) : Today i opened Primal egg and it dropped a mount ( link ) . When i tried to loot mount the loot window vanished with mount . Egg vanished from my bag too . I can get back mount in any way ?

No because loot window vanished when i tried to get the mount from it. If i need the proof i think this is it , my mount is gone for ever. Thank you for support anyway.
