[REJECTED] Frost Mage (Hidden Skin)

Bug description: I teleport to my Classhall and i see the emote for the Hidden skin in the Chat, it calls (You hear a strange crackling sound from the Portals Downstairs.) So i go down to the Portals ( I Unlock the Class Hall upgrade Teleportation nexus) click on the portal and it dont work. After this i try every Portal in the Class hall but no one Port me to Frostfire Ridge..

It works, you probably must have the teleportation nexus upgrade before that emote triggers so the frostfire ridge portal will appear downstairs.
