Bug description:
Doesnt block any melee attack at all.
Tested on a 783 Warrior (Protection) against a 847 Druid (Guardian)
Proof:
Create a Warrior (Protection) and duel anyone or attack anything (no matter 110 or lower/higher lvl)
Atm 28% block, i gain +100% (128% Block) by using Shieldblock but its not affecting the blockchance.
The second Part of the Spell works fine. (Shielslam dmg +30%)

Plz inform me if you need any further proof like picture/video.
Also any Prot noticed this bug aswell plz Confirm below.

Do you know what Block does?

Read the tooltip on block please, because i think you don't understand it. It says: "Your block stops 30% of incoming damage"
It means that if someone would deal 10k damage to you, you only take 7k.

I just tested it, and during Shield Block, all incoming damage is properly blocked.
It does not mean that you don't get damage at all.

I gonna retest it with the Druid as soon as i log in. But yeah i know what Block does.
Like i said i tested it and i noticed a dmg input without SB up of 7k-10k. after using i had the same dmg input.

But like i said gonna retest it under same conditions and will reply if i was mistaken.

Edit: Retested it in PvE Valshara Risenhound lvl 110 and i take around 16k normal on block around 7k it stays the same. So for this one im rly wrong might got some issue cause i was using different a Mainhand (Not the Artifact one just one from the Vendor)

You can only block if you have a shield in your offhand.

Yeah i know but you can Unequip the Specific Mainhand of the Artifact Wep. So its no prob to equip different Mainhand then the Specific one of your Artifact Wep.
