[DUPLICATE] Stamina % bonus from artifact weapon missing (every class)

WoW Freakz link: Every artifact weapon!
Bug description: Not getting the 0.75% stamina bonus from 29th 34th trait upgrade.
Proof:

Note: All this people including me had over 30 traits.
EDIT 1: I checked another MM hunter (random guy), he also had less stamina than he should have, he said that he also didn't get that bonus from 29th trait.
EDIT 2: Someone else confirmed that he also didn't get extra 0.75% stamina, this time BM hunter.
EDIT 3: Checked on random fury warrior, he is also missing 0.75% stamina bonus.
EDIT 4: Checked someone with less traits than 29, his stamina is fine.
EDIT 5: IT IS CONFIRMED! 29TH TRAIT IS BUGGED (NOT GIVING EXTRA % BONUS STAMINA), CHECKED ON A GUY THAT HAS 28 TRAITS AND HIS STAMINA IS FINE!
EDIT 6: Someone else said that 34th trait also doesn't give extra stamina % bonus!

i can confirm that!!! im missing stamina from at least 27-th point...im stuck at 2.254k HP and im fkin 36 traits learned...and im 870 ilvl...normal?? NOT

now i just learned a new trait ( 37 traits ) my stamina is static again exactly 2254k hp...

im at 41 traits, my stamina should be over 2500k but im at 2367
I noticed it goes up once every 2 traits...i just learned my 41-th trait and im at exactly the same stamina level as at 40 traits...this is really anoying...

A few of the low levels(1-15 range) don't give any stamina as well, you'll see your HP bar move as if your HP went up when you upgrade your weapon but your HP remains unchanged. Should be able to post some concrete proof soon™, just need to farm some more AP.

Could be a rounding issue somewhere in calculation because it's not a whole value.

Ye.. this bug speaks for itself. They need to check every trait there is if it gives bonus % stamina.

Not exactly sure who said this to begin with but there clearly is no "catch-up" system, you can see in the video

doing traits 1-9 that I gained the same amount of stamina every trait. However, the part about the non working traits being 1/5/9/etc is correct. Looking at all the comments in here of people saying X trait doesn't work, it starts to form a pattern, which it seems that every fourth trait doesn't increase your stats. 1 / 5 / 9 / 13 / 17 / 21 / 25 / 29 / 33 / 37 / 41 / 45 / 49

The bolded numbers are ones that have been reported/confirmed to be non working. Makes too good of a pattern to not notice.

Who know what is funny? I had 3.2 m HP at 28 traits (that's fine) now i have 34 traits and the same HP (same gear)...(not fine) .I can confirm my HP dropped like 200k from acquire 30th traits and from 30 -34 my stamina increased 200k more, like nothing happend.
