[REJECTED] obtain Artifact questline: [Stormwind] the Unseen Blade -> Scenario bug

Bug description: I went to talk to garona to get into scenario, but then I got dc. After logging back, I appeared in Durotar in starting zone of Orcs(I'm Orc). I checked what happened to my artifact questline and they said that I have to go to Dalaran back to rouge class hall and "obtain kingslayers" what I obviously can't do, since i didn't make scenario. So I went back to stormwind again to actually talk with garona in case i can do it again. Nothing happened. Can't even talk with her anymore. Tried to relog and delete cache file and log back in-> without change.
