Details: (optional) Ran a 2 chest maw of souls 13, got that 885 relic, put it on my weapon, made a screenshot that you can see below too, and 1 minute after that the server dropped.

This is just unacceptable and it's not the first time i'm losing a relic, this time after claiming that this shit won't happen anymore. You just can't let this go away.
