[DUPLICATE] [Legion][Cooking] Nomi quests

Bug description: Alright, after checking legion cooking guides, I've got a good grasp of what happens here. When you learn any Legion recipe, Nomi appears (which currently occurs), and normally gives you a quest to see him in Dalaran. This quest differs depending on if you became his master during Pandaria or not. "Too many Cooks" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40988&&name=too-many-cooks) is the default one, and "The Prodigal Sous Chef" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40989&&name=the-prodigal-sous-chef) should be the one he gives if you've trained him back in Pandaria. Currently, neither of these are given to the player when he spawns with the ID provided above, so players cannot start the small chain. Additionally the Nomi from Dalaran (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=101846&&name=nomi) should be giving "Spicing things up" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44581&&name=spicing-things-up) without requirements, which is basically an auto-complete quest if you directly go see him instead of getting the previous 2 quests. Currently doesn't give it.

After any of these 3 quests have been completed, Nomi from Dalaran sends the player on another quest: "A Good Recipe List" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40990&&name=a-good-recipe-list), which basically asks of the player to learn 6 of any of the Legion cooking recipes. Any will do except the Falcosaur Omelette recipe sold by the Wardens (apparently).

And last but not least, Nomi then gives "Opening the Test Kitchen" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40991&&name=opening-the-test-kitchen), which unlocks Cooking Work orders! By giving him ingredients and waiting for 3* hours, there is a chance Nomi will give either a new recipe, or burnt food. =/

Proof: Check the Nomi and quest links. There is no quest giver for any of these quests I mentioned.
