Bug description: When you try to enchant on enchanting velum ,to give others the enchant the item is not transforming into enchant !

there are few more bugs on enchanting:

1. Should be able to disenchant relics
2. Quest chain doesnt appear after you learn enchanting so you cannot buy recipes .
3. You should have a chance to receive blood of sargeras when dis` items .
4. If u learn a recipe rank 2 , you will get rank 1 recipe . Only way to get rank 2 should be just after you have rank 1. For now you cannot learn rank 1 because npc don`t give quests ... But for now some mobs drops rank 2 recipe ...

@Shocker can u look into this because it`s sad for us ... nobody on server don`t have rings enchants. Neck enchants have just people who have profesion and luck on dropping in world a recipe ... We can`t sell nothing on ah because of vellum bug ... Enchanting is terrible right now ...
