This video doesn't help since Thalyssra is bugged and won't let you turn in the quest for some reason. People have been camping where she is and not able to turn in.

Yeah... sometimes it won't work like me as well but I waited and I kill some mobs, I try to spam the quest spell and it works... I dunno is kinda wierd xD

I tried that for hours, and can't seem to make it work. I didn't have this issue before on all my other previous 110s.

Can confirm, speaking to Thalyssra at the end doesn't work anymore. There were 10 players there jumping around, none of them could complete it.

Because of this I'm stuck on the Suramar quest chain and can't unlock the world quests.

Maybe it was a server restart and the quest, i dunno it was bug or something maybe it doesn't load appropriately but is wierd
