States that it adds up to 20% of the caster's max health.

Fixed stack amount and capped it at 20%.

Remove capped at 20% HP of the paladin. The tool tip dont say anything about how much absorb i can stack and whit the legendary https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137070&&name=tyelca-ferren-marcus-s-stature I can do more absorbing not only the 20% HP of the paladin.

Why should the tooltip tell you the cap?
I can't remember any stacking effect where Blizzard put the cap in the tooltip
(see dk bloodshield, disc priest divine aegis [mop], or holy pala mastery [mop] they all have a cap but not shown in tooltips).
Paladins can still tank awesome with the 20% cap, just spam your shield.

Besides, your title to this topic should fit the rules shown in the text editor
