Bug description: Me and many other peoples can't complete the "find arcanist thalyssra found" we tries to use the wand, reset quest run around stand still still we can't complete the objective. All the other part of the quest works find but only that part is being weird.
Edit: Gm Flamedh told me to relog but that didnt work.

I'm also stuck there, I can't continue to get friendly with the Nightfallen because of this and can't unlock world quests.
