Hello I've seen that along cheating programs tmorph is also bannable and I was curious if it is because tmorph behaves similar to a cheat or it just isn't allowed due to the WoW Shop/Vote Points system.

It is not allowed since our client has inbuilt anti hack which prevents such external programs from running alongside it.
