[REJECTED] [World Quests] 'DANGER' quests

Bug description: I'm not sure if i should post this as a bug, but I've noticed that 'DANGER' world quests are pretty rare. How rare could they be I could not find any info about it, so if I'm wrong correct me please. I haven't seen any in a while, like few days or so ( 4-5 ). And yes, they are needed for warlock's artifact hidden appearance quest.
Proof: Since I don't have a proof, i'd wait for a confirm from other players.
