Bug description: sometimes i got spell delay on spells

try these:

enable / disable [Reduce input lag]

Enable / disable [optimize network for gaming]

enable / disable [vertical sync]

enable / disable [triple buffering]

make sure you are running at 64bit, fullscreen mode

lower [particle density]

install "SnowFallkeypress" Addon.

try another video this oen is not working, also i encountered this issue as well, and i dont think this is a class issue, maybe it's something related to interface or lag, tryed on test dev realm and i dont encoutner this, on live tho' happenes to me aswell
