Strange because according to what the NPC Finder says ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=95240&&name=kayn-sunfury ) is alive... For me is completed so... try to restart.

I tried your macros and it says something like this : "Quest 41037 is completed" & "Quest 41060 is completed" (check the printscreen).
