launcher is broken

i cannot use the launcher for some odd reason at all it just pops this up https://gyazo.com/c13b68e03279ff67e78df24877cb32e5 and i don't understand why it's quite confusing if you could help me with this problem that would be great

You need to remove the READ ONLY attribute from the Data folder.
