[REJECTED] Unbridled Power class hall quest bug

Bug description:

Greetings ...

I've been trying to complete on world of warcraft legion the class hall quest called Unbridled Power, I can pick it up but I can't activate the fell hammer because the guy who gives me the quest says follow me and there is no such a thing to activate the fell hammer which supose to be, so after the meeting in class hall and talk the quest completes itself automaticaly and I just cant give it back.I can see the questionmark on a map but in a class hall I can't. I've abandoned it and retook it like 3,4 time and still nothing happens. I also tryed a relog and still didn't solve the problem. Please if you can help me to fix it I will be thankfull. In advance thanks a lot.
