Bug description: Fortified should be "Non-boss enemies have 20% more health and inflict up to 30% increased damage" . Eh on freakz is 40% damage increased . + i don't know to say about the health there might be a problem too. Damage anyway it's too high even for mythic 14. We got almost 1 shotted with every spell or any hit in Court of stars. Maybe check out the health too.

On 7.1.5 was 40%. Only on 7.2 was reduced to 30%. Check blizzard notes.
