Bug description:
as you can see in the video the artifact knowledge doesn't increase the artifact power gained at all this happened long ago like in 8 or 7 artifact knowledge.

Increasing AK levels doesn't affect AP items you already have, only those you will get in the future. Not a bug, that's how it works.
