WoW Freakz spell link: Soulstone
Bug description: Soulstone should not resurrect players instantly, which means that after using soulstone on the target that is dead player should have option to Accept or Decline. It should work exactly the same as Rebirth
Proof: Easy to test.

Proof from the retail:

Take a look at 0:36, warlock is using soulstone on the healer and as you can see player wasn't resurrected instantly. https://youtube.com/watch?v=dNIRy-GyFzQ:
