Read Past Tickets

I submitted a ticket for an NPC that wasn't spawning and got a response saying he has spawned. The response also included a link to a forum thread.

I've checked and the NPC isn't there, but have no idea what the forum thread was since I don't know how to view the response again. Is there a way to do that?

Self answer, thanks to Senzaki in the game. A "Plain Letter" item was put into my inventory.

What is the NPC's name? Have you checked the NPC finder tool on the website?

Although this thread itself has been solved, in answer to your question the NPC is High Chief Bristlelimb and according to the NPC finder he is alive and at the position I'm standing.

However instead of him there is a Lady Vespira instead. She's actually in a lot of places in the map area.

Have you tried targeting him? /tar High for example to see if he is at least in your range? Also, the link in your ticket doesn't redirect you to a forum thread it's the URL to the NPC finder I provided you in the ticket.

Yes I had seen that it was the link to the NPC finder after someone told me I actually had the Plain Letter in my inventory.

Neither "/tar High" nor the Tab key is finding him either. I'm killing a few of the Furbolgs in the camp each time I try something to make sure.

Try after a server restart. Should be good then. I'll wait for feedback.
