Details: (optional) : So i recieved the apperaence from ursoc, i clicked on it, but when i right clicked on it i moved a bit, it did the animation but didn change the appereance, and i cant equip it from class hall.

As you can see there on guild news i got the item, i activated it bcos i dont have it in my inventory, but its nowhere to be found at the artifact station.
