artefact knowledge note

Good day,

I would like to talk about an "artefact knowledge note" here. As a newcomer, I have no chance to catch up with the player in knowledge. I understand that you are a new server and you have a lot of work, but you have to understand that this is important not only for me. Level 15 is little compared to others. I am willing to buy it in the donate shop as well. But I'd rather see an increase. On the official server they solved a shorter cd for players with a small "know lvl". The player always has the chance to catch up with others. I hope you will not ignore this problem.

Mate. Get to lvl 15 AK, then make sure ur having artifact research on farm non stop. Its not that hard to catchup if we have a limited ak cap for now
