[DUPLICATE] Rogues - Blind not working!

Bug description: Blind is not working correctly either, as shown below; enemies and sometimes even enemy-players are able to both attack and use spells - despite being in Blind.


This aswell as the Stealth bug report I made need urgent fix, as they are pretty much gamebreaking in terms of balancing, where classes such as Rogues are heavily reliant on Stealth and CC to perform.

This needs fix ASAP if you ever want to release Arena season in a blizzlike state.

I purposely picked a random mob below to demonstrate this issue.

Some mobs ignore cc, it's a known bug... idk about players tho.

Reported and confirmed already, this applies to any spell that applies the confuse aura to a mob.

also confirmed Versus unholy's Pet.

pet ignores blind and keeps hitting.

this bug is commonly seen while leveling. also, some Secured/physical casts by low-level mobs are interruptable.
