[FIXED] [Warlock] Healthstone cooldown not starting after leaving combat

Bug description: The Healthstone cooldown never started during an entire battleground after leaving combat. It may have something to do with me creating the Healthstone in the middle of combat, even after deleting it and creating a new one out of combat the problem persisted. When I died (and am clearly out of combat, able to mount etc.) it still did not fix itself, so I was unable to ever use a Healthstone in the entire battleground.

It's a general issue that applies to Nitro boost and potions as well
