[Shaman][Restoration] Sense of Urgency artifact trait with Uncertain Reminder legendary

Bug description: When using https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=143732&name=uncertain-reminder the duration of bloodlust gets the time increase but the duration of Sense of urgency buff does not get it. So you only have Sense of urgency up for the normal duration of the Bloodlust. As far as i can tell from here https://rsham-faq.org/legendaries/ and from the spell description as long as bloodlust is active Sense of urgency should also remain active.
