Bug description: Arcane torrent is not working at all in some dungeons (Arcway for example)
Maybe its not problem with spell , maybe dungeons are bugged or something. But i dont see any point in making mobs in one dungeon immune to interrupt and others don't...
As far as i know , spells that you can interrupt (that are not gray) with spells like Pummel etc , should be interruptable with Arcane Torrent too..

I can screenshot you this , but if you wanna test just go to Arcway with Blood elf and try to use Arcane Torrent on any mob..
