Bug description: The enchant isn't proccing at all. I know it doesn't show up on any dps meter here on Freakz (recount, details and so on) but a guildmate warlock who has this enchant too is seeing the particle effect when it procs, while i don't.
Proof: hard to show something that doesn't show up
