Bug description: Completed the quest The Grimoire of the First Necrolyte ( ID 44083 ) But no reward for Hidden appereance.

After 2 Weeks i ve completed the quest for Warlock affliction Hidden Appereance.

I ve killed the mob , looted the item , but i haven't recived nothing in my bag.
No animatino When mob die , nothing .

SO after 2 weeks can someone now help me ?!

Can confirm it too, i didn't got the item after doing the quest, then i made a post at recovery item section, then i got the item(http://imgur.com/a/1doKT) but the item doesn't worked.
