Bug description: Slash Gutspill https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=90747&name=slash-gutspill is not there.
Proof: We wait 1 hour there and the NPC is missing. If i take a screenshot http://imgur.com/a/gMlNr - respawn time on NPC is 1.32sec

Please solve this issue as fast as you can.
