Bug description: currently it only drops from the WB in stormheim, it should drop from Saurfang and Lich King in icc25hc and from horsemen in naxx

Also, right now it's only 12% from Soultakers - it should be 100% like the Demon Hunter one.

Bump, it's been a week since hidden artifact appearance was released and it's nearly next to impossible to get for Frost dks

^ Confirmed. I have been keeping my eye fixed on world bosses, since the hidden appearances were added, no Soultakers boss/quest was active yet. And judging by the current state of world bosses, I imagine it will be a PvP fest going on at their spawn, and after boss dies, you will literally get no loot because why not. It's not like it never happened to me. Did a flex raid to get a world boss, more than once, and instead of personal loot, which means everyone should get the loot, boss gave nothing. I sincerely hope it won't be the case here, because I am not fond of farming a boss 300 times until I get lucky enough to be the first to click the loot thing.

Wrong. It already is 100%, but the item finder @site was showing incorrectly because the item reward is handled differently, in core, on world quest complete, not on NPC normal loot

Added to ICC/etc too, but with 20% chance. I doubt it should be 100%, it would be too easy...
