In mythic 0 there is about 50% chance that the loot we get from bosses is tradeable or not. After mythic + the loot is rarely if ever tradeable. I guess the same goes for norm and hc, not sure about that. We tried to trade many items right after we got them, so the time limit couldn't go off.
