Hello first Thanks to Staff for Mass Mill Dreamleaf and Pigment drop rate fix.
First I am sorry for going off Bug report way of posting so i don't make for each spell post, and all links are from Freakz DB.
this will be kinda HUGE report of Quests that i found missing or bugged ill try to keep up to date this post, since its large list and most are chained quest.
Also if some player has spell from listed here would be great to write guide how you got it so i can remove from list and make this post shorter and also help other players that level Inscription.
