[DUPLICATE] Forced PVP status

Bug description: Aoe switch off the non pvp status
Proof:

If i want to stay in PVE status, why cant use my AOE skills, because my AOE skills put me in PVP status. For example; i am a holy pala and my devotion aura switch off everytime my PVE status. Its very incorrect this effect for me and the other players too. I dont want to be in PVP status by the world quest. There is no point for the PVE status in this condition. Could you find out something to this problem. Thank you.

I doný know if it's related , but with all my characters when i mouse over my own avatar i see PVP while i have it disabled.
