Details: (optional) after i relogged once i bought a 20vp tabard i noticed my ilvl went down, when i inspected my character it had his neck missing. http://imgur.com/a/Kn88K

We can recover only the normal version (810 ilvl).

Then w/e. Just dont refund it, alredy got a 825 replacer neck while it was gone. P.S It happened right after i bought smth from vp store, could be linked to these misisng items. Not sure, might want to look into it. Especially if you use the blizzard mail item retrieval system for sending vp rewards.
