Bug description: After recent Shatter fixed(https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Frost-Shatter-t481856.html), ice lance won`t get shatter after using Brain Freeze proc, @Quicksand can u look pls on this, it`s very important bug.

You can shatter it just not 100% of time. if you want to tweak this i suggest to slow flurry missile speed. I case you have wrong information flurry missile speed was increased in patch 7.2.5.

I`m glad that i`m not the only one playing, but u shoul test in game, now ice lance never shatter after using Brain Freeze proc

I did test it before posting, and you can not all the time, maybe you have low haste, but you can. But if ppl have this problem i gave solution reduce flurry missile speed that will help a lot. It would also help with shattering ebonbolt, for me thats bigger problem, even after the fix i cant shatter it every time...
