Help with no more BAN pls -_-

Hello,
i have a little problem. I download your client twoo week ago +/- and i complete leveling one charakter and now levening next. Today i am banned because this: Reason: [WARDEN] Hacks/client modifications detected
But i have the some client as yesterdays, two day ago... I don´t dowload nothing new to WoW folder. I am wait one day to unban. But i want ask, what i do now? Delete WoW all folder and dowload it again? or try after unban again play?
FOR GM... : ACC is Isiceki. i am banned 21.8.20177 in 20:25 +/- playing as Deamon Hunter. If it is help you. Only one think why i maybe banned, because i have any bugg when i can walk in air - near the ground, but i can´t go to sky, i cant jump... i just can walk. Can i be banned because this? I am relog because i can´t go near for the Q and it is been uplayed with this bug

After that i play normal withnout any abnormal activity.
After 10 min ago i am kick from the game with warning, that i don´t have WoW correct client

. Than i am again loging and after 30 sec i have this Ban

What now i can do for no more banned if i don´t use any external program, hack or cheat? Again dowload WoW?
