[REJECTED] [Mage] All specs - Shimmer spell interupts cast and GCD

Bug description: Shimmer spell basically works as a 2 charges Blink without the stun brak, it just teleports you 20 yards forward, unless something is in the way. As seen in the shimmer spell description it should castable while casting another spell.

This will be just a HUGE improvement in the lives of the GREAT hard working Mages of Freakz [insert Trump salute here]

*EDIT this seams to work for some mages, but it doesn't for the 2 mages I have my acount

works fine to me, only thing maybe it should do a better check on what you are facing after landing the blink, thats my major problem but probably a mistake.

Thats a different bug/report

Please try to switch specs/talents etc. Even try to talk to a gm to learn the spell for you because for me it is working. Rejected.
